Inspection and Notification :

Upon delivery, customers are advised to carefully inspect their items. If any damage or defect is noticed, please take pictures and a video of the issue and email them to support@studioinventio.com. This will allow us to assess the situation and provide a resolution promptly.

Replacement Eligibility :

To be eligible for a return and replacement, the item must be in its original, unused, and unaltered condition. It should also be accompanied by the original packaging and any accessories or documentation that came with it.

If the product is in stock, we will promptly ship a replacement to you. If a replacement needs to be manufactured, we will ship it within a reasonable period. Alternatively, you may choose a different product, and any difference in value will be settled.

Return Shipping :

In the case of a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, the buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. It is important to use appropriate packaging and ensure that the item is adequately protected during return transit.

Please note that our return policy is subject to change and may vary for bespoke or commissioned orders.

Special Policy – Rebate in Place of Replacement :

If you find a defect or damage that is not too conspicuous or does not compromise the structural strength of the product, you may choose to keep the product and receive a 30% rebate on the invoice value. To avail of this policy benefit, please email pictures of the defect or damage to support@studioinventio.com, and we will refund the 30% rebate to you within three working days.
